How do I place an order?
Press "Order Now" on the product page and enter your name, mobile number and address. No account is needed.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your district. Select your district and the charge appears at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka.
How can I pay?
By cash on delivery, bKash, or advance payment.
Can I return a product?
Open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, hand it back there and then — returns and exchanges are not accepted once the parcel has been accepted.
How do I know where my order is?
Go to the order tracking page and enter your mobile number.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes — call us or message on WhatsApp before the parcel is dispatched.
