What we collect

Your name, mobile number, district, thana and address when you place an order. An email address is optional. If you pay in advance, we also record the number you sent from and the Transaction ID.

Why we use it

To call or message you to confirm an order, to deliver your parcel, to verify payment, and to keep you informed about your order status.

Who we share it with

Your name, number and address are given to the courier company handling your delivery (for example Pathao or Steadfast). Your number is given to our SMS provider so order messages can be sent.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising performance. Your mobile number is sent to Meta hashed (encrypted), never in its original form.

Order details are sent to our internal notification service (Telegram) so orders can be processed quickly. Only our team can see them.

Beyond this, we do not sell or pass your information to anyone.

Cookies

Cookies are used to remember your cart and keep the site working correctly. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may then stop working.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. Details from incomplete orders are deleted automatically after a set period.
