Order confirmation

After you place an order we confirm it by phone or message. Nothing is dispatched until it is confirmed.

Prices and stock

Prices shown on the site are in Bangladeshi Taka. If an item goes out of stock or a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order after informing you.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, bKash, or advance payment. Some orders may require the delivery charge to be paid in advance.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Couriers, weather or public holidays can cause delays. The delivery charge depends on your district and is shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, hand it back there and then — returns and exchanges are not accepted once the parcel has been accepted.
